Networking at Events
What is the service?
The Networking at Events service aims to support the client in networking actions during an event (such as fairs and conferences).
Through communication techniques, Disruptive Media Training aims to facilitate the engagement between the client and the most diverse audiences present at the event, in order to promote potential partnerships, collaborations and business.
How is this service carried out?
The client meets with Disruptive Media Training prior to the event (online or offline), in order to frame the specific networking objectives.
DMT carries out an analysis of the relevant contacts for the client, from the institutions with which the client wishes to do business.
On event’s day, a member of the DMT team goes to the event on behalf of the client (or with the client), in order to help achieve the objectives set out. Through interaction with relevant contacts, DMT undertakes to schedule meetings between the client and the target audience, as well as gathering relevant data for later communication.
Who is the service designed for?
The service is designed for professionals and small companies that, not having the availability to participate in an event with networking potential, may entrust this task to a group of specialized communication professionals.
The service is also designed for professionals who, despite being present at the event in question, need to network with various entities and, as such, require additional support in achieving their objectives of interacting with different target audiences.
